Request your return by contacting us via the Return Authorization Request Form.

  • Requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery of your order.
  • All returning items must be in their new, original condition and packaging.
  • Commercial orders and closeout products are not eligible for returns or refunds due to their volume and nature.

 

What happens if you are not completely satisfied with the color, style, or quality of your blind?

We completely stand by our products. However, sometimes what you thought you were buying is not what you received. This does happen sometimes in e-commerce. To prevent this, we encourage you to watch our Product Videos or Request Free Fabric Swatches.

In this situation, we will send you a replacement blind or shade of equal value at no cost to you.

We will even cover return shipping costs! So you can shop with confidence.

Every product listing has a Privacy Chart, which outlines what level of privacy a shade falls under. Please take advantage of this feature!

Prior authorization is required to process your return. There is a limit of one replacement per item. Once the replacement has been processed, that same item no longer qualifies for refunds. The replacement must be of the same product as the original. If there is a price difference between the original and new order, you will need to pay the price difference.

If you opt for a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. For blinds less than 94” width, shipping costs are typically $15 per blind.

 

What happens if you made a measurement mistake or the product does not fit?

Our goal is to empower customers to take on their window treatment projects with confidence. We Provide Tutorials on how to measure your windows. We also provide simple size charts on every product listing that show specific dimensions of each part of your shade. However, if there are any issues with the product’s size, here is what we will do.

We will again send you a replacement blind or shade of equal value at no cost to you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may be changed or cancelled only before production starts (for custom items) or an order is shipped out (for ready-made items), usually within 24 hours from the time an order is submitted. Once an order is shipped out, we cannot make any address changes.
