Have you ever experienced pulling down your Zebra Shade, and then for some reason it won't go back up?

What if your shade is being stubborn and difficult to pull down?

This all has to do with the Tension Device.

To fix this:

Rotate the white wheel - located in the top-left-hand corner of the shade.

Adjust the tension device to find the desired point at which the shades go up and down with ease.

Now there is a sweet spot so take your time and make small adjustments.

Please do not force the shade up or down because these shades are sensitive: so don't pull down too hard.

Once you find the desired tension, your Zebra Shades are ready to go.
